I thought the camera and its position would have a noticeable affect on the glider's flight performance...but so far I've not experienced any change at all.
i have just placed a (chinese) mini dv md80 camera on the right wing of my radian, approx same distance from the fuselage as yours. weight is 35 grams, but since it is shaped differently (not flat, but more like a 5x2 centimeters stick going upwards, yours is below the wing), I am worried about the eventual effect on the flight performance. maybe changing the CoG too much and adding to much drag? I am scared dont wanna destroy the glider on the first flight. !!!!! HELP!
The FlyCamOne v2 comes with self adhesive Velcro which is what I used. It works just fine although I have attached some fishing line from the camera (it has an eye) into the cockpit of the glider as a backup.
How did you mount the camera to the wing? Did you have to glue it, and is the glue permanent? Is the bond to the wing strong enough. I want to make sure, whatever happens, the Camera can't fall off and hurt someone when I install it.

@Fra42below My advice would be to have several flights without the camera.
