A few new Tricks for the Alligator, Reason 6 new Triple Filtered Gate effect unit. In this video, I'll show you how you can separate the FX & Mixer sections from the Pattern/Gate/Filter sections, so that you use only the Alligator effects on your sounds. And I'll also show you how to use external effects on each Alligator channel. If you combined these techniques, you'd have a really nice long effects chain using only a few effect devices. Pretty sweet if you ask me.

@ryangscott I was going to get into putting the drive / phaser / delay on their own Rotaries (assigning them to rotaries), but decided instead to move on to the next tip instead. Also, it's a force of habit. I put most everything in a Combinator. That way I can save it if I like what I've created, and I can generally "do more" inside a Combinator than outside. Especially when I'm doing videos like this. Makes it easier to add modulations to the combinators if I choose.

Why do you create a combinator, when each new track already has it's own combinator looking device by default? I'm still on reason 4, pardon my ignorance.
