The only thing I'd add is that I believe we should be competing towards excellence, not competing over scarcity. It's a fine line, but its a paradigm shift that means women can work in solidarity with each other, instead of being manipulated into fighting over some tiny piece of the "minority" production pie. I agree that we can't let sexism stop us -- or any other oppressive axis -- but we also can't pretend it isn't real or has the power to turn us into cannibals of each other's ambition.
