its just onomatopaeic sounds that mirror the tabla (purcussions) sounds... these are then translated through movements and the sounds the bells(feet) make ..

It's actually not even so much as a language. Really, they are simply counting the beats along with the percussionist [in this case the tabla].

as an indian classical dancer myself,i mz say,im in awe wit diz dance style,kathak...full of torahs or better known as chakars,swift spins....i really hope i can extend my knowledge in dancin by learnin diz new style,gd job!
