Mother's Day Pole Practice

Ok so I'm trying natural hairstyles and pole dancing.I did my first official pretzel and my half bracket is getting better.The handstand bow & arrow was shaky because it was not my dominant side.Also it is HOT & Sticky down here (New Orleans) so I need the shoes and pole grip to help me stay on the pole.
