I did eat a lot of kimchi. when you get used to it, its great stuff. My favourite was the radish-cube kind of kimchi.

Hey do you live over there and also are you from the US, because I didnt or dont know if US citizens can live there? If not then like what do you do over there?

I'm not an American. I'm from the frozen part that's just North of the States.
I'm no longer living in Korea, but I was there last year, teaching English. Living and working in South Korea is fine, provided you have a degree in anything, and were born/educated in one of the 6 approved English-speaking countries.
It's North Korea that is the evil crazy place where you're not really allowed to go.
