I was just a baby when this was advertised on independent tv stations such as WNEW-TV Metromedia(channel 5),WOR-TV(channel 9),and of course WPIX-TV(channel 11) before it became 11 Alive.

The guy narrating is the guy Walt Disney used to do the host's voice in the "Haunted Mansion Ride".

Correct. Frees did all of the trailer VOs. Some of them were replaced with Price later. Frees also did some voice work in the film, too.
