Cet exercice de relaxation dynamique permet de relâcher toutes les tensions qui se logent dans la partie supérieure de notre corps.

L'exercice du "oui/non" redonne une fluidité de mouvement à la nuque, au cou et aux épaules.
Sachant que le stress se manifeste principalement par ces tensions musculaires , il est nécessaire d'effectuer cet exercice plusieurs fois par jour !
