Do you have weakness in the neck muscles? This video will guide you throught some simple techniques to strengthen your neck.

Emotionally when we don't release troubles & worries they literally become a pain in the neck. By letting go of these challenging emotions the neck will naturally begin the healing process.

  • @kbrmehta No video, but if you squeeze your shoulder blades together holding for several exhalations then release it would help. I'd recommend 10 to 20 sets, 2 or 3 times a day!
