@askadetra: usually breakbeats go boom boom kah boom ba boom kah in 4/4 time. Hip hop is a form of breakbeat. Electro funk is a style of a) funk/disco, or b) hip hop. Electro house is a bullshit genre that fuses electrotrash with commercial shit house (aka tech house). Dnb is a form of rave music with sped up breakbeats (usually double that used for chilled rap music, such as which, are mostly subgenres of hip hop). Live dnb uses a drummer to drum the beats, and tends to be rock like or jazzy.

once again i can make the difference between electro and breakbeat. breakbeat is more focused on the snare drum and less on the kick drum, electro is more focused on the kick drum and the hi hat like hip hop, and less focused on the snare drum
