Holiday song-8 Days and Nights-Adam Chester

Not too long ago, a friend of singer/songwriter Adam Chester suggested Adam write a non-religious song about Hanukkah. A holiday song people could relate to, no matter their religion.

The lyric is based on the relationship between a father and son during a time of war. It's about our struggle to rebuild, our infallible ability to heal, and the ties that bind.

The chorus of the song features the gospel sounds of Los Angeles' very own, Washington Prep School Choir.

The song is featured on Adam's CD, "The Water's Warm", now available for download on itunes.

Funny enough, it's one of my favorite "Christmas" songs, despite being about Hanukkah. Just shows we can all enjoy the season together.
