  • Elastic shoe laces. Best 3.99 you'll ever spend.

So much faster and better than regular laces.

  • Nice sensible bike set up. good advice about "comfort"

  • "the cash is the easy part"

  • great info

  • @Faustian08 whats the difference??

  • very lovely done

  • @farmboyjad ....thanks : )

  • @k39564 Everyone needs to find what works for them, but I've found granola bars, fruits, gel packets, gummi worms/bears/etc, and lots of sports drink have worked well for me. You want to find things that you can digest easily, are energy dense i.e. high calorie, won't dry your mouth out or be otherwise difficult to eat, and, for items not provided at aid stations, are portable enough to take with you on the bike. an added tip: don't ever try something new on race day...it always ends badly.

  • what do people eat during the race?

  • Thank you for the great info.

  • @daremagic you do it properly before the run so you don't have to do it when your legs are really tired.
