The ToneCandy Spring Fever Reverb Pedal is reminiscent of a vintage tube, long spring reverb unit with three easy to use controls. It has 3 analog amplifers. One for the dry guitar signal, one in front of the spring module to warm it up, and an analog amplifier on the output to warm it up again.

  • The Surf song is Apache.

  • @bigtophalloween Really, really liked it, but it ended up being too dark for my needs. Sucks, because all the other reverbs I've tried are too bright. Just can't win! You should put a tone control on this thing, then it'll be PERFECT.

  • sounds fantastic! i met mike at a guitar show some years back - way cool guy. still have my S/N #25 double overdrive/distortion pedal - very fine quality!

  • So this pedal is all analog?

  • Honestly, this sounds pretty damned good. I bought one, we'll see if it works with my super finicky amp...

  • would you mind reminding me what the name of that surf song is? It's driving me crazy!

And by the way, I just bought this pedal; it is absolutely incredible - great quality!

  • if you are a dues paying member of Reverb Anonymous, you should try this pedal. gone are the strident metallic digital peaks replaced with a warm, lush analog sounding reverb. a/b'd it against a top end fender reverb amp--reverb on vs the Spring Fever...pedal won. goes from a subtle ambiance all the way to a bruce brown surf flick...
