Chen Huixian leading a class through Chen style Taijiquan Warm-Up exercises
These are a set of exercises intended to warm-up the joints, muscles and entire body before Taijiquan practice.
Chen Huixian leads students through 20-30 minutes of these exercises at the beginning of every class, seminar and workshop she teaches to insure that everyone's body is sufficiently warmed up and ready to perform Chen Taijiquan without injury.
