However, if you leave 10M in gold specie, there is no tax at all, nor is there a reporting requirement if you leave the country with that much unlike FRNs.

PS Ron agreed that our purpose is to stay on the straight and narrow with talking about things we can absolutely prove in writing immediately and without conjecture.
