@TheSolowShow its not a brain malfunction its a hormonal disbalance combined with getetic tolerance in the 7th fetal month i am a transgender myself AND a biologist with a degree so listen to this all humans start female then the male ones undergo a natural gender transition in some embryos the brain remeins unaffected

the opposite may happen with women wanting to be men where the brain is the only thing that changes

last brain scans showed that a trans brain is 100% functional

@TheSolowShow It's funny is some other countries that are thousands of years older than the US being trans is accepted, but here in the good ol 200 year old US where things are supposed to be open, tolerant, progressive and SO PC being trans is just the worst thing in the world.
