Atwater is a great neighborhood with only a few crimes here and there, Atwater is a town right in between Los Angeles and Glendale and only 10 minutes to the nearest hospital, Atwater is 60% Latino, 20% Caucasian, 10% Native American, 10% African American, so it's a mixture of the world

you forgot the all the meth houses and the gun violence of yesteryear. Nice try yuppies, but you failed at representing this community, even Huell Howser did a better job and that guy is as lame as it gets. Are you doing this to encourage gentrification? is this some realtors ploy to sell more properties? or are you just that naive to think atwater is a garden of eden? i'm tired of silverlake's yuppie sewage seeping down hyperion bridge and into my town, go back to where you came from.
