  • dude, how did you wire the vent up? I have one red one black and one white and the fan/light has a green, blue, white black... I saw the two whites are twined together, but I figure out how the blue and green are connected to the house wires... I have two seprate switches, one for the light and one for the fan. I actually bought the EXACT fan you did (Very cool) Please let me know bud, I wired up a whole room but this fan is really bugging me.. and the instructions SUCK! -Thanks man;

  • The red/black/white sounds like a ceiling fan I worked on once, and it might work the same way. My memory is the red and black were both hot, white is neutral. So that way, one could power the light, and the other powered the fan; both used the white as a common neutral. Not really sure about the blue/green/black. And as always, be careful, and check with an electrician if you don't feel comfortable or safe.

  • what color do you use to conect the blue cable from the white plug? is the blue cable from the black conector a ground ?
