'Warships real deal, Iran oil ban is propaganda'

Iran has apparently found a way to stay in business despite a new EU oil embargo and asset freeze. India is reportedly agreeing to pay Iran in gold for its oil, instead of US dollars. Reports suggest Iran's biggest customer, China, could follow suit. Christoph R. Horstel, a government consultant and political analyst in Potsdam, Germany says he thinks the EU embargo is doomed to fail.

@FraggingBard Dude, that would have made sense if Pakistan was a "normal" country that had problems with its neighbour India, but all of those weapons end up strengthing the taliban and LeT which India is trying to stop from entering its borders, besides all that Uranium being imported by India has a hundred conditions attached with it, one of them being that we can't use them to make nukes it's only for our energy needs so I don't see any balance problems.US is just angry at us for rejecting em

I do agree that funding people who want to kill them is absolutely retarded, but that's why India will be getting Uranium. Pakistan and India are in a 50's Cold War state, where the only way peace is kept is if there's an approximate equality. So India gets nukes, Pakistan gets arms. A side effect of which is that both countries are more likely to help stop terror groups. Dodgy, I know. But beats war man.

Haha, this whole 500 character limit thing is a killer. Nah, I meant the Japanese taking over Aus, but Russia was the one sending people into Vietnam/Korea. Part Ukrainian by way of yet another country. People hated the Soviets, so in most cases were happy for the USA to come get them. Unless the Soviets had armed the other side in which case there was a war. Yea, USA arms Pakistan, but the USA needs someone to help them out. They suck at focusing on people.

lol yea. They get attacked, they see red and don't stop until their enemy is thoroughly destroyed. Pearl Harbor gets bombed and they didn't quit till Japan was burning. They're like that, big on freedoms, mostly want everyone to just leave them alone. I live in Aus, we recently had a memorial day to remember the Japanese bombing of Darwin. The Aussy military, such as it was, was over in Africa doing work for the British. USA bailed out Aus. They also armed, supplied, then bailed out every country other than Italy, Japan, Germany, and Russia. :P They did go into Vietnam/Korea afterwards, but as a counter to people (Russia) outside that country trying to take over. I'd rather be part of the USA than the Soviet Union

They saved us from Germany and Japan only to invade several other innocent countries,killing hundreds of thousands of people in turn, so wow thanks We really needed you to "save" us. And yes I agree US has a lot of nukes but in a nuke war a couple *maybe a 10 for a country like the US* is more than enough to destroy a country. And times are a lot different now, several countries are powerful now unlike before.
