材料:腰果、鹽。 先準備一鍋滾水加入一茶匙鹽再把腰果下鍋,約煮3分鐘後撈起濿乾,準備一鍋油份量約蓋過腰果1-2公分即可,可用一顆腰果下鍋測試油溫,如腰果下鍋後會冒出大泡泡即可整個腰果下鍋,關小火慢炸輕輕攪拌約炸8分鐘,炸完後可盛起少許腰果會呈現酥脆感且泡泡會消失,之後開大火讓腰果炸到顏色變金黃色即可撈起裝盤,盤中放上吸油紙巾放置冷卻,這樣就完成炸腰果
