@sanin92 You hit the nail on the head. Not only do you need to be able to physically do it with your body, but you need the shoes that'll flex that way (most don't).
A rough 'n' ready way I used to use: Put them some where with weights in/on the shoes to break them in. eg. stick the front of the shoes under an immovable object then put weights in the shoe near the heal.

@Oilcurls you dont have to be phsyically fit just not overweight it all depends on your body type. if you have long legs it will be easier to do.
