No Elizabeth 1st died in 1603, thus ending the tudor dynasty. If wikipedia says 1703... it's wrong!

what degree are you taking in history and from which institution?

I'm curious as I am also a historian but of the latter 17th and early 18th centuries.

nice! I'm at Aberdeen doing a PhD in history. Early Modern Scotland: 1660 -1724 at the moment.

I gave a paper at Durham castle this past summer. That was an amazing place. :)
