  • anyone have a link to the video of him breaking the world record in Fukuoka 2001?

  • im not used to seeing the camera not zoom in on phelps

  • and not only that .. he reached an Okympic FINAL at 15 yrs old.. he was swimming 200m fly at 14 faster than what i can do a 200m freestyle at 25

  • his tecnique is so different/better now...but anyway he went to the olympics at the age of 15...u dont see that happening often :)

  • @oskunshier the same thing use to happen for me but within 2 weeks it became my favorite stroke. The only way i got better was my summer coach made me do it even if i got tired. You have to go out and do 50s and 75s and 100s and you will start being able to go much longer distances

  • @oskunshier As a canadian junior national finalist in the 200m butterfly, I feel like I can provide some advice. You want to develop a good aerobic base so you have fa good fitness level before you start swimming. to get the technique down, try doing some 1 arm fly and side kick. once you have the technique and fitness down, get asss fucked by your coach to reach optimal speed. It worked for me....Good luck :)

  • I am pretty good at swimming but there is one particular stroke I suck at. Butterfly, I get so tired right away. Anyone have any good advice

  • he was 15! Oh my gosh, that is amazing

  • Arguably the greatest Olympic athlete of all time. Phelps already has 16 total medals including eight gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. His races had the entire world glued to their television sets and clinging on his every stroke. Phelps has transcended the sport unlike anyone else ever has. With just three medals at the London Olympics Phelps will have the most medals all time by any athlete in any sport.

  • Malchow's stroke looks messy from the front. Incredible swimmer though, one of Phelps' icons growing up.
