It's a TFT display, no FM radio as far as I can tell, but SE do have a stereo Bluetooth headset now with the FM radio built in. It's is a nice phone.. but then so is the N900 and the Moto MILESTONE.

4" 480 x 852 pixel display, 8 megapixel camera, GPS, WiFi, 3.5G support running on some sort of custom version of Android. Odd that they announce it the day after the Motorola MILESTONE, isn't it? ;)
