I guess not a complete natural selection society , more of a deterministic society then. And indeed , bullies have big problems along with the people they are bullying. I despise bullies along with the people who let themselfe be bullied. Bullying is a form of social natural selection. The dumb bullies survives , the dumb victim dies.

There's the rub. We do not live in a natural selection society. We have empathy, medicine and prosthetics, for example, instead of just leaving the weak out to die. We value their input, and they are often the ones who make the great advances in medicine and science without which many of the "strong' would never even come into being.

Don't forget, bullies have problems. Domestic abuse or repressed sexuality for example. To regard bullying as somehow healthy or a "good idea" ignores this too.

Its the perfect way for an natural-selection is society and social life.

My point is , if you let yourself be bullied you are weak and soft for not standing up for yourself and take controll of the situation. There for bullying is a filter witch only the non-weak comes through. It may be too harsh for our conformist way of social laws today.But its a good idea.
