Simple but effective body weight workout to try at home, without the need for any equipment or machines. This is a very simple circuit that consists of;
- 10 Burpees (With punches at top of movement, in this case 6)
- 10 Squats (Preferably with front dumbbell raises)
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Burpees (With punches as well)
You rest 30 seconds in between each circuit and perform three times.
For a more intense workout, try adding more punches or even kicks, or try doing the three times all together with no rest. Please make sure you have eaten properly prior to working out and that you eat right after. Keep in mind that you should always check with your physician or health care provider before engaging in any fitness program or taking any supplements.
