I dont get that part at 0:40 and 0:43 where he turned the string and turned it back... I also don't know how he let go off the string and it gets into that position. Can somebody please help ??

This is actually easier than it seems. If your having trouble look at how he pinches the first slack not only with his fingers but thumb too. Great trick!!
