People talk crap without understanding what was going on. I was there, and it was crowded with people shouting requests, he was just saying "no thank you" to different people, he had no idea who they were. He was holding hands with his wife, and people know not to even bother because he anal about his family's privacy.. Which I think it's a good thing. Think about it, what if it were you?

he arrived like 15 mins later after the store opened, then he when outside and got his wife...
the "no thank you" was to the father of the #1 person who got the iPhone in Palo Alto [that's why i said he was kinda a jerk]
