  • Normally they wouldn't have had to borrow kits, as the worldwide TV broadcast was in color, but Argentine TV only showed it in black and white and on that they were indistinguishable.

  • Fun fact: France didn't have alternative shirts and had to borrow some from an Argentine club, Kimberley, that's why they are striped white and green.
