@jv200909: He is discussing the American style rumba as oppose to the International style rumba which is the style used in all national and international Latin ballroom competitions. In the American basic box step he is demonstrating, I would prefer the first step (slow) to be a forward step instead of a side step as he is doing because it is easier to lead your partner into the dance.

Well done!!
He is my second (or perhaps third) most favorite online dance instructor. Learning from friends is fun but ineffective because they don't have a good method for teaching.
