@jdwrink No. The aspect ratio in this clip is different from the original broadcast.
The presence of the CBS "eye" logo indicates that this is from a rebroadcast.
CBS did not begin displaying the transparent "eye" logo continuously (during entertainment programs) until January 1998.
The network began displaying the logo for a few seconds at the beginning of every (entertainment) program segment in the fall of 1993.
CBS began displaying its logo over all live *news* programs in late 1991.
