@MrZacharyM Your comment had the words "God" and "Christian" in them. Christianity is a religion. God is term used by the religious to describe their deity. To say your comment didn't mention anything about religion is pretty strange.

@MrZacharyM Well, your comment seemed to imply that the profound effect from his music stemmed from the fact that it was about God and written by a Christian. However, I was saying that this can't be the only factor for its effect, because an entire album written about a state has an equal effect. I enjoy his music, but as an atheist, not for any of the religious connotation; just the emotion behind it.

@MrZacharyM I wouldn't take that for much, seeing as people (myself included) are also affected similarly by his album about Illinois. It's not the content, but the emotion of the artist.
