im a level four gymnast and your two tutorials are very helpful! do u think u could do a tutorial on beam and vault for level 4?

My daughter is in level4. I was wondering on the splits if you can put your hand down. On the Hands stand kick over do you land in a bridge or a "pretty" bridge with legs straight?

@staceyw0630 This says the comment was removed, so maybe you figured it out, but this is NOT the old music. It's the newer of the two, though it will be old after this season, since both the routines AND music will be changing.

@OneDropOfWaterTVLOL It is to the music. Maybe your speakers weren't turned on. ??? Obviously, I have to pause the music each time I pause a position to show anything, but the music IS there. :-)

Also, I have a very good level 4 floor routine posted on my page (with music) that does not pause, since it is not the tutorial. It is titled "What score would you give her?" Check it out if you want!
