This is a lesson on Hybrid Picking (using your pick and fingers at the same time) and some double stop ideas for a Blues/Rockabilly kind of sound. The written portion of this lesson will be available on my blog at http://blog.markwein.com

  • Your a cool dude, you present well. thank you...so MUCH!! :D

  • @420Victoryismine Thanks!

  • how do you stop the strings from messing with you nails??

  • My right hand nails? They are a little longer in order to give me a little more "attack" on the notes played without the pick...

  • Well I was thinking what saves them from the metal strings as opposed to nylon?

  • Oh...its not really to bad on my nails...what tears them up more is just load my amp in and out of the car!

  • Paint your nails with super glue. It makes them rock hard. Just don't pick your nose until they are good and dry
