So let me get this right. If you appear in court you give them the right to deal with you? What if you go to court to say, you do not enter a plea of guilty or not guilty?

@kwillis2008 Yes but from the way you sound here that will entrap you with another method. "all rise" please be seated" Whats your name? , " will the defendant please rise?" All of these will place you under their jurisdiction. Did you know that? Most people do not. That is why when people come and ask for help i encourage them to study, study , study. if I got to carry you by the hand if we are fighting the enemy you are restricting me to fight with just one hand

For entrainment purposes could you direct me where to search for the law and documents you receive to take to the the clerk with in the first 10 days of a ticket so I can educate my self ?
