In this video we show how you can record using an HD Pvr while still using an HDMI cable for full HD.

what about audio? what do you need to get audio into the hdmi? and is there a delay when using the converter box?

@TheMadRandy Sorry, never worried about audio because I use Astros. I'll look into it tomorrow and let you know. As for the converter box there is no delay.
