According to our Constitution No one has authority to grant or deny any God given or Natural rights. I can keep and bare arms peaceably as I interpret it. NOT a dept. or burocratic agency. That IS the LAW. Enforce That. Dammit. Oh yes that means all modern arms too fully automatic,no restrictions. LAW .

the Constitution states the rights of the people shall not be infringed. If the person is not in Jail they automatically have the right to exercise their right. Where someone regulates such rights you have a tyranny PERIOD. "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" is perfectly clear. Anything else is treasonous in nature. Society will regulate itself without interference from politicians! you see the Constitution was written for the Laymen to fully understand without interpretation from treasonous Politics

I will issue concealed weapons permits (CCW) to any applicant who is a law abiding resident of the county, meets state mandated requirements and is not prohibited by law from possessing a firearm. I will depoliticize the process and establish an annual audit to review each application to ensure the process is unbiased, non-political and equitable.

I consider personal protection sufficient to meet the standard of good cause.
