According to our Constitution No one has authority to grant or deny any God given or Natural rights. I can keep and bare arms peaceably as I interpret it. NOT a dept. or burocratic agency. the Constitution states the rights of the people shall not be infringed. If the person is not in Jail they automatically have the right to exercise their right. Where someone regulates such rights you have a tyranny PERIOD. "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" is perfectly clear. Anything else is treasonous in nature. Society will regulate itself without interference from politicians! you see the Constitution was written for the Laymen to fully understand without interpretation from treasonous Politics

My Idea is that folks be able to be certified and voluntarily receive without restriction or expiration, a form of a CCW No government body has true authority to regulate gun ownership KEY WORD VOLUNTEER.

I do NOT require a CCW under the Constitution Bill Hunt why would you abide such UNConstitutional tripe?
