@12345RugbyBoy1 I'm pretty sure, More reps, lower weight is for weight loss whilst Greater Weight and less reps is for muscle gain.

@A40Watkid i've been using 5kg dumbells and have been doing 50+ of these its not the wait its the higher the reps the greater the muscle increase

How often would you say to this for?
Im 17 years old using 9kg dumbbells and do at least 30 reps of this same workout a day.
I've been doing this for about a month now and there's only a slight change in my muscle.
