@produKtNZ Do you mean the Synthsized Voices like Jazz or Sound Wave? Scatman Crothers (Jazz) and Frank Welker ( Voiced both SoundWave and Megatron too-notice they both never spoke at same time LOL!) used a VOCODER device, if listen to Zap and Rodger songs,you will hear same Funky sound
