Put down the baby girl routine you see here and pick up 315lbs on your back see if your puny boy legs hold up as you lift it off the rack to stabilize that heavy load. Don't talk silly. True story: I saw a guy at our rec center doing pistol squats STANDING ON TOP of a 28-inch swiss ball and holding a 40-pound weight at arms length!
He JUMPED up on top of the ball to start!
(He is a current World Cup ski racer.)
My jaw just about dropped to the floor!

I do them too. Yes, muscleheads mostly build isolated muscles, not stabilizers, so they have poor coordination/no proper activation of muscle groups

I do these at my gym - took me a while. You won't find ANY of the muscle boys doing this. And they couldn't if they tried!!!
