Obama saddened by Holocaust shooting

President Obama urged the country to remain vigilant against prejudice in the wake of a fatal shooting at the U.S. Holocaust Museum. Senate Democrats proposed a health care reform bill that includes a national option of government-funded health care. The President proposed making pay-as-you-go rules federal law this week, which would require Congress to balance any increased spending by equal savings elsewhere.

58 murders in Washington DC so far this year. No doubt a fair portion of them shootings. They had three blocks around the museum closed down and fucking FBI helicopters flying around for this shooting. You never get that kind of response from the police normally. I guess as long as it happens south of the anacostia it doesn't matter right?
