Bluesy tune recorded live in New South Wales, Australia 2009.
Uses DAAEAE tuning, and a weird back-beat that drops a beat on each chord change in the main riff. Switches into a groove in the last half - chords + melody combined made easier by the tuning. Good fun song to play.

  • I'd have to say the grouse grind itself is a bit harder... I didn't throw up at the 30% mark playing the tune :)

  • Oh yes, I like this very much. Thanks, Paul.

  • Awesome!

  • what's tougher? doing the Grouse Grind or learning how to play it, great tune

  • Fantastic - a thumping Celtic beat with some wonderful melodies dancing through it. A highly creative and enjoyable sound.

  • I've looked at about 5 video's here of Mr.Fox playing songs. Absolutely outstanding, especially seeing how he is playing the majority of songs in alternate tunings. Again, outstanding work ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

  • Great piece Simon! I like the new tuning too, very bluesy.

  • Great stuff. The best in the world!!!
