its actually became tajima bcoz in japanese there is an order how to changing spell of words! anything that comes from chi~ or shi~ could become "Ji" in the end

for exp: if his name is written as kochi -> it should be koji or kenchi -> kenji

and the one with miyasaki also supposed to be written as miyazaki, bcoz sa, shi, su, se, so bcomes za, ji, zu, ze, zo

hmm i hope u understand i really suck to explain this without proper example LOL
