Perhaps you should go live in a communist country then, but dont kid yourself, people in North Vietnam are mostly quite poor as well, perhaps you would like to try to live in North Korea rather than South Korea ? Of course its always easy to blame the government of any country you live in, Philippines is a poor country ..end of.
Too many people having too many children that they cannot support
( Roman Catholic Church is much to blame for this ) and many other problems.

@thaygiao1 If you knew anything about the war you would know we lost it on the homefront... not on the battlefield. Now little boy... go back and study your military history and stop disrespecting many of my brothers who died before thier time.
