These are ANGELS because they can sell Victoria's products. The new angels I cannot see them endorsing products as well. Matter of fact I haven't yet watched a video that demonstrates the new angels discussing about the new products by Victoria. Don't get me wrong, the new Victoria's commercial completed by Michael Bay introducing a new product was great, however, it reflects their abilities how they cannot sell using words of persuasion.
