Just learned we got a house. We are moving mid next month. How do I move her without this inccident repeating itself all over again? She seems pretty ok. Still jittery but not as bad as yesterday.

She jumps on me while we're on the floor but forget about picking her up and putting your hand in the cage. Sorry for all these comments. You're very educated on these lil balls of fluff we sooo love. I think the food bribes are working. A lil

It took me two months to get her to follow me around. =(

Sigh. I put her back in the cage earlier and hand fed her parsley (and she takes that) but as soon as I go to pet her it's like WW2. Any of your advice on getting her to trust me again? I obviousely can't take her outta and cage or put her back w/out a battle scar.

I have a question I have a bunny who is 4 months and 2 weeks old we think its a she but she's very calm and not hyper unlike my other bunny who says hello to everyone i was wondering if it could be from her spending time with the other bunny or if it could be from her just moving and staying back with me(I had to stay with cousin so she had to come with and she was doing fine with their rabbits(her brothers and sisters) When i first broung her home before we had to leave again she was very

@destiny829 @destiny829, bunnies, have different personalities just like people. Also, your bunny has been socialized differently than your other bunny. If your bunny is a girl, be sure to have her spayed - otherwise, she is almost certain to develop cancer. It won't change her at all - she probably is just a calm bunny. Spaying could and probably will save her life. And it also is a good thing to do to keep your bunnies from producing unwanted litters! Please let me know how the bunnies are!

She's back at home with me a I just got a terrible clawing and bite from her. Her noise is really really loud. Didn't know bunnies could make noise. Is she just mad at me? Or what. She's been attacking and "growling, grunting, (a heavy congested noise/breathing heavy sound) for hours. Did I just break her trust by taking her on a bunny road trip. She was fine up until I entered my Mom's house. Not that it might not matter my Mom has a cat. Could she still be threatened and attacking me for it?

@ric3stix, Yes, she's very upset. That's a honk that bunnies do when they're simply terrified. You'll have to gain her trust all over again, and believe me, it's going to take some time. The honks are scary when you first hear them, aren't they? Bunnies like routine and feeling safe. Now she's afraid her whole world will change again. But you can gain her trust: Let her come to you. Visit rabbit.org and read about it or get in touch with me again. Remember she's very afraid now and defensive.
