  • Oh my, it's already been a month?! Good with the inches lost, definitely keep logging that as well as taking pics if you can. Glad you are well. My doctor told me I could exercise the day after surgery, although I didn't lol. You should definitely be good to go! :)

  • @BanditStephanie I know, how quick has that time gone?! I'm going to measure myself monthly, defo helps to see those numbers going down as well! i think I'm gonna try zumba tonight, eeek lol

  • You are doing so well! :-) I WISH chocolate didin't go down so easy!! Maybe try swapping your mini chedders for some mini baby bells. They are just as easy to grab and better with Protein. I keep em in my bag sometime to snack on. I also discovered peperami does not need to live in the fridge so you can carry it about with you. Finally check out this place thesugarfreemegastore online. One of the only sites that has low carb/heigh protein stuff for us in the UK. :-) Keep it up!

  • @kellyandherband I'm doing great. I started doing videos monthly because I don't have a lot to talk about. I will have one up this Friday. Thanks for asking! :)

  • @bonnieb118 Thank you! I think I might hit the wii tonight or tomorrow :) Hope you're well? x

  • Great job! I'm so happy for you! I think that my surgeon said I could start doing hard exercise 4 weeks after the surgery.
