Damn! I just fell in love with you.

Awesome place.

Working for the government I get some piss poor towns to live in. What would you recommend for a 5th wheel.

I like the way thi has now been fully given the "personal" touch. It might not be a massive space, but just from looking around you can tell its a place that someone is proud to call home :)

Love the way that you have disguised all the RV features , particularly the shears? and curtains.
I hate the plastic pull down blinds in our RV but it never occurred to me to use home fixtures and fittings. doh..Love the reclining seat. It is so lush.. Fitted foam seats are appallingly uncomfortable .
Looking around your lovely home its hard to see that you are inside an RV You have given me loads of excellent ideas for my RV . Very inspiring thank you

i love your rv amazing
I'm trying to find something for the coming end of days. But seriously I would like to move out on my own and a motorhome or RV of some sort makes the most sense. What do you suggest for someone who isn't REALLY interested in moving around, but mostly just wants cheaper living life style.

@divineagent -- Cheaper is such a relative term that it is hard for me to know what would work for you. If I were trying to be as cheap as possible, and was willing to stay put, I'd buy a used travel trailer and find someone who would let me use their RV hook ups on their land. (requesting on Craiglist, probably). RV parks are going to be at least $300 a month. Vandwelling is fun if you are on the move, but you have to stealth camp everywhere.

@MoorOriginalNeter - Lots of different things can work, but I'd do a cheaper fifth wheel or trailer with a used truck, as you can get more space for less money and you really need that second car. Some people with little kids like the overhead bunk with the class C motorhome, but then you'd need to tow a car as well. Make sure you get a private bedroom as it can get kind of cramped on a rainy day (or week) when everyone needs their own space....

@wynn904: It is not cheaper than living in an apartment, for me. It is cheaper than living in my house. Check out my blog livinginmycar com for more info on that stuff.

The couch is a 'jackknife' bed. Sort of like a futon, you pull on the bottom and it flattens out. It is uncomfortable because the lumbar part of the sofa back is a huge lump that doesn't flatten out. I removed the dinette, which actually was a reasonably comfortable bed for a person under 5'8". Both are single width. Overhead bunk is a double bed, but extra long.
