The Deluxe Insecticons never appeared in any of the animated cartoons and were only in a few UK comics; part of the Decepticon Mayhem Attack Squad. They also played a small role in the Dreamwave Micromasters comics, and the War Within comic series too.

The plastic stands you see in this video are actually card holders. They vary in size and are perfect for displaying toys on.

Yeah, I have those characters as well, but I thought I would do a Spotlight on the lesser known Insecticons before doing a spotlight on the well-known Insecticons.

But yeah, I still haven't made a vid on the other Insecticons as yet.

If enough people want me to though, I may do one yet.

Its a common mistake for pronounce the name of that insect wrong. The correct pronouncation is "sic-caid-a"

Good review, it's like Beast Wars before Beast Wars! I remember pestering the hell out of my parents for these, never got them.

Did you know there was supposed to be a Ladybug character created for the short-lived Beetras series? It never got produced.

I wonder if anyone has a few videos from the Beetras series these "bugs" came from.
