I had a night of Over indulging Thursday November 12th.. Followed by Feeling Sick. I decided that I needed to document how I felt and how I was going to overcome it. Which I have done. I have since ... Been on plan. Watch if you want, but please don't leave me Rude comments. We are all human and sometimes we slip up the important thing is to push thru those moments of weakness and come back stronger which I've done. The purpose of this video is.. For me to be able to watch and remind me of how this Junk food makes me feel afterwards! Take care thanks for watching and supporting me everyone! Molly

  • It's so hard to be around people eating like that sometimes. I feel the same way when I go over to my little sisters. But sometimes, you really do need to enjoy yourself and not worry about what you eat all the time. You look great molly and I know you can do this :). You are such a strong person!
